what conspiracy?

Conspiracy theories have to do with control or manipulation of the many by the few. But these pale before the Grand Conspiracy: life itself as illusory, a puppet-life that's out of our hands. 

The impact of life as dream is so vast and paralyzing that we are numbed into acceptance of it.

The irony is we are both the controller (unconsciously) and the controlled, both in charge and in absentia. Fortunately this strange situation starts receding when the pull of awakening begins.

For ultimately, unerringly, we are the One Dreamer and the One Awakened One.

window of opportunity

The window is always open but the opportunity is only noticed under certain conditions.

The opportunity: a chance for the movement of spirit to reset the gears of our lives.

The conditions: the ardor of a yearning heart pacifies our usual attractions and distractions. They temporarily lose their grip, their charge.

The view from this window: makes the heart leap as it feels the magnetic pull of awakening more directly, more urgently, more intensely.

revolving doors

Sometime a spiritual 'emergency' is needed to create urgency for change, for awakening. It's like a fire alarm going off and a rush for exits. The alarm is triggered by our smoke screens: inner confusion surrounding our hearts, irritating our minds. 

Imagine the exit is a revolving door. The longer we push the more likely to wind up where we started. It's the old story of too much effort; not knowing when to push and when to let go.

The solution is also an old one, made fresh when rediscovered. It's born from remembrance of the Awakening Oneness, when we truly feel at a loss without it. 

missing in action

MIA: a term usually applied to wartime, but what about life's daily conflicts? Are parts of us missing in the midst of everyday activities? If sleepwalking is our usual condition how much more missing can one be?

It's a case of being missing without a trace, without a clue. We just keep operating in hibernation mode. But something does override this setup: the first signs of awakening.

These trigger a cascade of new events and unexpected changes. One change: no longer would one be  missing in the midst of their actions.
