I've heard the terms divine will and Beloved's wish. Any comment or comparison?
You could say divine will encompasses and runs the cosmic machine of cause and effect. This accommodates the wish to awaken that's invested in us. And perhaps it includes the scope and operation of divine wish.
And divine wish?
The Beloved's beckoning to us that can circumvent or bypass the unrelenting karmic mechanics. That can also be called grace.
And what of those who ascribe all their actions to divine will?
Could be a real problem to the extent they have no direct experience of it, no state of being to truly absorb, feel and understand it.
Another way to put it: ignoring the Beloved's wish and claiming or substituting one's action as divine will is the downfall, the stumbling block. What results is a kind of fraud, an act of self deception that just leads to more delusion and confusion.
