Last time you mentioned stepping up the spiritual voltage.
Yes, but any significant change, and spiritual 'progress,' isn't primarily registered by the ego-mind, it's none of its business. If our conditioned mind is doing the monitoring and measuring, it's likely adding more layers of delusion to the situation.
OK, the obvious question: what's to be done to avoid that?
Standing on, holding on to that central place in us, that point of remembrance that invites higher influence to do its job.
How to find that place, how to hold on?
Well, not to be overlooked is the exercise of discrimination. You could call that heart's wisdom plumbing the depths of any experience, be it a twist or turn, a byway or highway, or even a blind alley in one's ongoing. In other words, an honest recognition of when one is on track or not to that central place, that point of connection in us. Bottom line: any real influence emanates from the divine, from a source beyond the experiences of all journeying, and being able to recognize this is what really counts.
