Some take being natural to mean free of personality's masks,
Assuming the absence of posturing and pretensions.
Yet this could be a carbon copy of what we think we're bypassing,
Another part of ego-mind in sheep's clothing.
If our deepest core is but a mirror image of Self,
The less seen of surface self's reflection, the more authentic we become.
For then wouldn't our heart/mind come in to full play,
Opening the door to the Beloved's presence?
