where is the safety net?

Love is both a fuel and a safety net. As the driving force, the high-octane fuel of awakening, it is the irresistible response to the sweetness of the "pull" of the Beloved. How is it a safety net? It becomes the perfect antidote to self-infatuation, self-absorption, and to the pitfalls created by these particular brands of blindness (sickness).

How does it serve as an antidote, what are the actions of this antidote? This special medicine is unique to each one's "condition".......the ground for the Real is tonified and strengthened; the clouds of the false are dispersed and dissipated.

six foot worms

People (in some respects) were referred to by the seer-poet William Blake as "six foot worms".....how unflattering! This worm-image portrays a life blindly lived. Such a life is spent burrowing through the world's leftovers and feeding upon the world's negativities. Fortunately we have the potential to shed the outer skin of this "false self."

That potential is another side we have to our nature: as our truer selves----as our possible-to-awaken-to-our-connection-to Real Self selves. From here we could begin to function with a whole new spiritual make-up, a new metabolism. From here we could begin to absorb and reflect a new radiance in our lives.

Each one could directly discover the "spiritual supplements" unique to their needs to live a more awake life. Preoccupation with counting calories would become a thing of the past...... as would holding old grudges and keeping old scores.

Can we not feel the possibilities of such changes being overcome by their actualities?

shock absorbing

There is an excess of chaos in the collective mind, a disproportionate field of interference between self and Self that calls for drastic measures. What silent activity can we imagine that would serve to absorb, disperse, dissipate the excess noise; that might help revive and restore a connection to the Real? It is beyond imagining----and this alone could qualify it as an outcome of divine mercy, creating a shock absorber of cosmic proportions.

There is a shock from simply living in the present upheavals of unnatural forces (do we need a list?); there is a shock from the rapidity of change (plus or minus) that our systems do their best to constantly re-adapt to; and there is a "Truth-shock" factor----receiving awakening energies that we aren't used to can strain the psyche as well.

Does a shock absorber sound like a good idea?

war on error?

Have you noticed if there really is a war on error going on? And what is the error? Has it truly been identified? Here is one description of the error: taking the false to be real and the real not to be at all.......It is actually a comedy of errors, but unfortunately we usually experience it as a tragedy.

Faith and trust in the Light, Truth, the Beloved in itself can be without error, but when mixed with the usual mind it is another matter. The medium that this mind abides in, swims in, is itself composed of nothing but error---fragmentary knowings.  But will not error, inflexibility, and dogma eventually be neutralized--- steamrolled by one's karma (that inexorable force...see future glossary)?

Will not all wrongs and rights be counteracted and rectified in the melting pot we call the world? How then can we not have the least of tolerance for our own and others' errors?
